Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to residents in various settings, including Residential homes, Private Hospitals, Supported Living Services, and Day Centres.
- Work flexible shifts, including long days, sleep-ins, 1-to-1s, and nights.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents' well-being and support their specific needs.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker in similar environments.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Enhanced DBS
