Registered Manager – Children's Home (EBD)

Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + 21% bonus structure

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
  • Develop and maintain a child-centred environment in line with Ofsted and CQC standards.
  • Inspire and support your team, fostering a positive culture of growth, development, and accountability.
  • Manage resources effectively, ensuring the home remains compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for the children in your care.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a compassionate and committed professional with:

  • Proven leadership experience within a children’s residential care setting.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • A minimum of Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving positive Ofsted inspections.
