Salary: £25,000 basic + excellent commission structure!
Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

What you need to be successful as a Nursing Recruitment Consultant:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Thorough understanding of the recruitment industry.
• Ideally experience in focused recruitment in Health and Social Care. (Qualified Nurses and support staff)
• Strong negotiating and selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You need to be able to drive and have access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source and qualify candidates for the Nursing positions we are looking to recruit for.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospect clients.
• Looking after a temp desk and managing the client’s needs and expectations.
• Supporting the team with payroll and on call duties on a rotating schedule.
