gap healthcare is recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee and lead a domiciliary care service. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a reputable provider committed to delivering outstanding care to individuals in their own homes.

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service. You will ensure compliance with CQC regulations, maintain high-quality care standards and lead a team of dedicated care professionals to support the clients effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks

  • Implement continuous improvement plans for service delivery

  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of care staff

  • Manage staff performance through supervisions and appraisals

  • Oversee care and risk assessments, ensuring person-centred planning

  • Address safeguarding concerns and complaints as per company policies

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and improve client satisfaction

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within domiciliary care

  • Strong CQC registration history

  • Must be a driver with access to a vehicle and willing to travel

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Passion for delivering person-centred care
