gap healthcare is recruiting for caring and dedicated Agency Support Workers for shifts across Supported Living Services and Care Homes in Colchester, Essex. If you are passionate about enhancing the lives of individuals in your care, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Support: Provide personal care and daily assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Promote Independence: Encourage and support individuals to maintain their independence and engage in daily activities.
- Individualised Support Plans: Follow and contribute to personalised care plans, ensuring each resident's needs are met with compassion and respect.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 years UK care experience within a care home or supported living service.
- Skills: Strong communication skills
- Personal Qualities: Compassionate, reliable and flexible
